MOBILE TERMS OF USE

The Vélos Propulsion H+ mobile messaging service (the “Service”) is operated by Vélos Propulsion H+ (“Vélos Propulsion H+”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without prior notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify our Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of such changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to the Vélos Propulsion H+ SMS/Text Messaging Service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/Text messages from and on behalf of Vélos Propulsion H+ via your wireless service provider to the mobile number you provide, even if your mobile number is registered on a state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, special offers, and other marketing offers (e.g., shopping cart reminders).

You understand that you are not required to enroll in this program to make purchases, and your consent is not a condition of purchasing from Vélos Propulsion H+. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all fees and charges associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless service provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless service provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/Text messages, including charges from your wireless service provider.

You may unsubscribe from the Service at any time. Text the unique keyword STOP to +1-819-352-2022 or click the unsubscribe link, where available, in any text message to cancel. You will receive a one-time unsubscribe confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Vélos Propulsion H+ mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where required by applicable law, you will need to unsubscribe separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of such changes. These amounts are to be considered for bicycle deliveries:

These amounts may be adjusted upwards or downwards depending on the delivery address. Fuel surcharges may be added when the initial transport price needs to be revised to take into account the variation in fuel costs between the order date and the date of transport.

These amounts are to be considered for deliveries of bicycle racks:

Rest of Canada    :    $200

It is always possible to choose in-store pickup.

RETURN POLICY

At Vélos Propulsion H+, we care about your satisfaction. For this reason, exchanges and refunds are possible within 30 days of purchase upon presentation of the invoice. For all exchanges and refunds, the original packaging must be in perfect condition. The refund will be issued using the original payment method.

Some items are eligible for exchange only if they are defective and cannot be repaired. In the case of clothing or shoes, it is important to note that the items must not have been worn and the tag must still be attached.

The following items are eligible for exchange only if they are defective and cannot be repaired:

The following items are final sale:

Defective product

If a product is defective, we will exchange it or refund it if it is out of stock. Electric bikes, bike racks, and child trailers are eligible for exchange only if they are defective and cannot be repaired. We reserve the right to choose either option depending on the product and circumstances.

Purchases by email or phone

We strive for your complete satisfaction. For this reason, we encourage you to carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If your item has been damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours and we will replace it if it is still available or, if not, refund it without hesitation. After this time, it will be considered in good condition.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately. You will have 10 days from the date of receipt to return the item to us in its original packaging and in its original packaging.
