1. Our current models are equipped with a battery that can reach distances ranging from 40 to 200 km depending on the model, and depending on variables such as body weight and cargo, terrain, wind direction and pedal assistance level.
2. There's a distinction between city bikes, mountain bikes, gravel bikes, and fat bikes. It's important to determine what you'll be using your e-bike for before purchasing it. For example, a city bike is recommended for daily commuting, while a mountain bike is better for trail riding.
3. You also need to evaluate your reaction time. Most e-bikes can reach speeds of up to 50 km/h downhill and can become dangerous if the user is not aware of their surroundings and unable to brake and stop in time.
4. Comparing the specifications of different e-bike models is definitely a must before purchasing the one that suits you best. The total weight of the e-bike and battery can be a deciding factor if you need to lift it for transport or storage.
5.The charging time of our electric bikes varies between 4 and 8 hours, depending on the capacity and amperage of the charger.

What warranty does Vélos Propulsion H+ offer?
What warranty does Vélos Propulsion H+ offer?
Vélos Propulsion H+ offers a one-year non-proportional tire-to-tire warranty on all e-bikes sold, with a 100% in-stock spare parts policy. The warranty is limited to twelve (12) months against any manufacturing defect on all original components and accessories. The warranty does not apply to so-called normal wear and tear of these components and accessories. For all warranty procedures, whether concerning mechanical, electrical or frame components, if the service of a technician is required, the customer must go to the retailer where they purchased their bike, with their e-bike and all its accessories, including the key and charger. In the event that the replacement of one or more parts does not require the service of a technician, the part(s) will be shipped directly to the customer's address in exchange for the defective parts. The transport costs for sending the parts to the customer and returning the defective parts to the retailer will be borne by the customer, unless specifically agreed between the retailer and the customer.

Preheating the cabin while the vehicle is still plugged in can help preserve battery charge in cold weather.
